Mentoring offers advice based on experience, while coaching helps you find your own answers and reach your goals.
Our sessions will be tailored just for you. I have been employed in a range of public and private sector organisations, so if you would like mentoring support we can allow for this in our sessions.
Coaching helps you set clear goals, develop actionable plans, and stay accountable. I listen and investigate your concern, then use practical tools to help you overcome obstacles, build skills, and achieve personal and professional growth.
You’ll learn about your values, strengths, interests, skills, and motivators so that you can take control.
Sessions are non-judgmental and take place in a safe space where you can speak openly and without interruption.
Coaches often follow fixed models and generic processes. I offer a flexible approach to coaching that I customise to you and your needs.
My practice is a blend of different models of coaching.
I use my workplace experience as an internal coach and manager combined with the philosophy from my coaching masters. I include an an emphasis on personal responsibility, self-discovery, and practical tools
Coaching involves meeting with your coach to work out how you can realise your potential and develop the skills you need to progress on your journey.
Therapy is often open-ended and in-depth, while coaching is usually time-limited with specific aims (though adjustments can be made). As your coach, I'll help you find your way forward, create your experiences, and make the changes you want to achieve.
