I have set up my coaching practice to offer personal, affordable coaching. I have experience providing life and career coaching to a wide range of clients from CEO's to firefighters, educators to students. I always take a bespoke approach to ensure clients have real takeaways from our sessions.
I am a chartered surveyor and head of department for an emergency service.
So why did I start a masters in coaching?
There is a teaching that like feathers scattered to the wind, words and impressions cannot be collected back up and erased. I've noticed how true this is in the workplace, which inspired me to volunteer as an internal coach, helping others make more thoughtful choices and actions in their careers.
The impact my coaching had inspired me to pursue a master's degree in existential coaching to study the practice further. I realised that coaching offers valuable support for adults who need guidance beyond what friends can provide, but don't require therapy.
I start by helping clients notice the details of their experiences, instead of relying on standardised training and toolkits. Through practical exercises and thoughtful questioning, I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
